March 9
Woke up early to construction outside our window. UGH. But then I was feeling so lazy and dreading my class. I cut it pretty close to the bus departure time, but luckily got up and rushed out the door in time. Class was atrocious and boring. It's about Business Events. There are so many types of events - life cycle, sporting, business, cultural, festivals, etc, etc. Why is there a whole class dedicated to Business Events and not any of the others?! It's so boring. Oh well. Then I ate some lunch with Jane and discussed what we would take next semester. She said that the Entrepreneurial class I'd been excited about was actually pretty lousy and that she was going to go sit in on a lecture for the Business School's Entrepreneurial class. So, I agreed to go with her and we went to our tutorial with our same favorite teacher to discuss more on the assessments. After, we walked to the business class and I sat there for about 20 minutes. I finally decided that I need to compare to our program's course and can't do that until next semester. So I think I will go to both classes in the first week and decide which I want to take then! Yay. Back home, I caught up on a bunch of miscellaneous to-do's, ate dinner and tried to relax a bit.
