On Monday, we packed up and took a cab to the airport. Again, I was reminded how much I got screwed over to check my bag and was angry... My friends went to a hostel in Fortitude Valley while Jillian and I headed home. I caught up on school work and emails, etc. then met up with my friends in the Valley for a couple drinks and some dinner. Jillian wanted to go out more, but since I have an early class, I called it a night and so we bussed back home. For some reason, I was in such a good mood when I got back home. I always enjoy my time with Jillian and we didn't even have that great of conversation, but was just happy to be out with her, laughing about random stuff. I was exhausted so ended up falling asleep pretty early!
