We woke up and discovered that the reason our internet is so slow is because we used our monthly quota in less than 2 weeks! Instead of charging extra, it just slows the bit rate down to a crawl. I guess internet isn’t as unlimited as it is in the states. So, we are going to try to cut down on our usage and skyping and hopefully that will make a difference. We went to town to get a SIM card for Lina’s blackberry, but she forgot all of the important papers for ID check in our living room, so she bought a prepaid plan and we shopped instead. We walked over to the South Bank for dinner at a delicious Turkish restaurant and walked along the river. There, we discovered an impromptu concert of French Horns in the park! Amazing. So we listened to a few songs before catching the bus back home.
