We decided to head into town, but ended up just missing the bus, while we were trying to cross the street, so we followed our path from last night and walked to Rosalie. We checked out the restaurants and movie theatre there. Then, instead of waiting for the next bus, we decided to walk further and catch the bus at a different stop. It passed us, so we kept walking into Milton. By the time we got there, I showed them where we would transfer on Cribb St. and walk to Coronation Drive, along the river. We walked to the River, which is pretty far from our house, and tried to find the closest bus stop. It happened to be another few blocks. Ugh! We finally boarded a bus and headed into the CBD (Central Business District). We were starving, so we ate at some place along the Queen Street Mall, which was disgusting. Then, we found Kathmandu and bought some sleeping bags and camping gear for our upcoming trip to Michael’s farm for his birthday celebration. We got a pretty good deal – $240 sleeping bags that were on sale for $79, and some cheap thermals. We got a couple house supplies in Target, checked out a Vodafone store to see what kinds of phone plans we would need and then bussed back home.
